Communication was excellent throughout –from the beginning, they provided a detailed itemised quotation for the work which was updated weekly with progress and payments, they set up a WhatsApp group for updates and questions and they were always very responsive and accessible. They know their job very well and not only did they understand what we wanted to do but they also had many useful suggestions. The team are all expert tradesmen, electrician, plumber, tiler, plasterers and general builders all did an amazing job. They are also extremely nice, which helps. Our structural engineer was particularly impressed as they immediately understood a quite complex project and carried it out perfectly.These guys are brilliant, we’d recommend them without reservation and would be very happy to work with them again.

Konrad kept me abreast of project with daily updates. They went out of their was to help, found and offered different solutions when problems (that were out of their control) arose.
There was a complication with the Kitchen delivery which held the project up but it was still finished on time.
